This Is What Havoc PC Has Wreaked on America
What has happened to our country? We, of many Faiths, cannot pray together; we cannot celebrate traditional Christmastime with traditional Christmas songs and decorations; we cannot display religious symbols; we cannot question a person with questionable intentions; and now, the height of insult, a vet cannot display his love of country by raising his flag in his own yard, after living 90 plus years, serving in three wars, and being a recipient of the Congressional Medal of Honor. With any hope, Americans have seen enough of this during the last few months, especially the last few weeks. We've witnessed the bloodbath at Ft. Hood; the slaughter of four young police offices [each with young families]; the Obama/Holder decision to bring terrorists to New York City for a circus Federal trial rather than a Military Tribunal; and the endless court rulings in favor of banning religious expression.
What a kind face. Col. Van T. Barfoot, 90, of Richmond VA has been ordered to remove his flagpole from his yard by his Home Owners' Association, and they have brought in a law firm to threaten him. This is outrageous, and we should all be enraged. This gentle man has served his country and his Lord with valor and devotion, and tears can only express my dismay. It's time for us to fight the ACLUs of this country, and take back our God given rights.
