Ronald Reagan Sheds Light on Healthcare 48 Years Ago

Listening to the 1961 Ronald Reagan speech on health care, you can hear that he got it right 48 years ago, and the passage of time has only intensified the socialist movement.

It's well worth another listen, now that our freedom is so greatly threatened and we are in danger of involuntarily losing our health care. It's worth another listen, while we watch thousands and thousands of people standing on line for millions of dollars. Tax dollars from stimulus money which were intended to stimulate jobs, not welfare.

What a great man and patriot Ronald Reagan was, and is sorely missed. America needs another patriot leader.

Mike Church wrote this about the audio clip:

Ronald Reagan Sheds Light on Healthcare 48 Years Ago

Today's biggest highlight took us back in time 48 years when Ronald Reagan spoke out against socialized medicine. We played a speech that stirred the soul of many of us who heard it, but especially Mike. "After listening to Reagan, it is so clear - that this is a recurring theme for these people," said Mike. "As the Gipper himself said, [this] has to do with socialism, NOT healthcare." Mike went on to say that what we're seeing at town halls is obvious. "Once again, the instincts of Americans are correct," he explained. "Once again, they are saying, 'We don't want socialism.'"
